McWilliams Communications was established in May 2009 by Sean & Paul McWilliams,

To establish the product IPGENIE UCP (Unified Communications Platform), which is built and designed in the UK, although a new product IPGENIE had its first concept in October 2003, and has since been developed to a product in its own right, the main feature of the product and its main quality is the crystal clear communication which it can deliver, a voice call only takes 8k per channel.

The original route to market was direct to the end user to establish a varied customer base although successful and with over 80 customers using the IPGENIE product with around 1200 extension users, the plan was always to sell through a select reseller channel.

This was established in September 2010 with our first reseller which has now grown to a number of resellers across the UK and is growing month on month.

Our service philosophy is simple

McWilliams communications is committed to its customers and distributors by giving best in class service levels, these service levels are second to none and we strive to either match or better this month on month by monitoring or SLA, S to our customers.
